Absolutely amazing to work with! Was reassuring and sympathetic during the difficult time of incarnation. Went above and beyond from the moment we spoke. Was able to negotiate an outcome that I was comfortable accepting. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a criminal lawyer or any lawyer! Attorney Gratz worked with us on a family law case involving child support. Attorney Gratz was very professional, she spoke with the child support attorney and we were able to get everything figured out before we stepped in the court room.

I hired Ms. Gratz because I was rear-ended by another car who then claimed I had hit him and done major damage, an exercise in insurance fraud. The cop believed him and cited me as causing the accident, as I was rattled and couldn't explain things well at the time. However I decided that I would fight the ticket, however hopeless it seemed, as I have a hard time tolerating injustice. It was a pretty horrible experience overall, but Amber was able to convince the city DA that I wasn't backing down because I wasn't at fault and would demand a jury trial, and he finally agreed to drop the citation if I went to Traffic Safety School (a total waste of time, except for meeting the charming young women with attitude who attended class with me). I recognized a face-saving gesture and went along, resentfully. My stupid insurance company paid the claim without bothering to investigate, so that cost me some money, but truth was served, thanks to Amber. Doesn't happen often! She was very professional and remarkably effective, so she must know exactly how to deal with the authorities in Appleton. The outcome of my case was not to be expected, and I am sure it was due to her skill.
