Angela Boelter represented my husband and I for family court issues, she was extremely professional, honest, direct, did everything she said she would do, and more. We felt really at ease with her confidence and we never had any surprises, she always let us know exactly what to expect. Communication was amazing, and if Ms. Boelter was not able to communicate, her assistant Molly was prompt and always available to answer any questions. During our ongoing issues, Ms Boelter was unavailable, so she referred us to the very capable hands of Devon Shanley, also with Peterson, Berk, and Cross, to handle our issue, and we were so blessed to work with him as well. Amy was my lawyer for an auto accident i was no fault. I had whiplash injuries and the insurance company wanted to settle quickly, for a very low amount and not promising medical coverage. The outcome and experience of my case were as pleasing as i think possible. Amy and Sue had very straightforward and prompt communication. They were honest about all possibilities so i didnt face any surprises. Amy was skillful in mediation so we were able to come to a financial agreement and stay out of court (which was my highest hope as i was pregnant) We closed my case with all medical paid and i took home almost 7x what the insurance offered me initially. These situations are never fun, but amy and her staff were kind and patient throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again, though i hope i never need too.

We had Amy as our attorney to help us out after being hit by another car. She is so friendly, up front with what you can expect, honest, and keeps you posted along this nightmare journey. Her staff, Sue, is very helpful and returns calls in a timely manner. The front office person has always been welcoming with a cold beverage and seating us where we need to go to wait. I'm hoping to never have to use their services again, but if we do, we know where we will be going. Thanks for all your help!

In a perfect world family lawyers wouldn't be needed and everyone could live happily every after. But we don't live in a perfect world and sometimes you need people like Stacy and her amazing team in your corner. Stacy fought for what was fair in my case and never once left me wondering where we stood or feeling that I was being brushed off by another case. My son is my absolute world and (not that I would ever wish this process on anyone) but if I had to make the choice again I wouldn't hesitate to call Stacy and ask her to represent me and my family.
