I don't have the words for how lane Fitzgerald handled my case. The perfect result. All charges dropped and in a very timely manner. The corruption in the town of beloit police department was no match for this firm. Thankyou lane for protecting me and my daughter. I couldn't thank you enough.

I have used this law firm since it's inception. Mr. Fitzgerald is very knowledgeable and intelligent, excellent listener and communicates in a manner that is easily understood. Each time I have retained this firm's services, I obtained the desired resolution. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal representation.

The fact that I wasn't even able to hire Fitzgerald because HE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS says enough in itself. I had a "consultation" with him on the phone regarding my case and he told me to call him back once the papers were filed so we could proceed with what to do then. I even told him I wanted to retain his services and after 3 phone calls to his office now with no return call. I REFUSE to do business with him or his firm! I would be better off representing myself!!! I was even told by his secretary "I don't know why he hasn't returned your call, I will give him the message and make sure he calls you." It's now been yet another week since I spoke with his secretary and no return phone call from him!!! I shouldn't be surprised by all of the negative reviews! What a joke!!! Thanks for nothing Fitzgerald!!!!

What a joke of a firm. Very unorganized and definitely not experienced enough to call themselves a firm.

I am so fortunate to have had Lane Fitzgerald represent me on my case . I was with another attorney from another law firm (Glenn Avenna) who was most likely having brunch with the DA, seems like. So l fired the Butterball , and was represented by Lane ....smart choice. Lane knew exactly what to do , whenever he spoke in court on my behalf , the DA ....even was mind boggled . If l did not make this move of attorneys, things might have been way worse.....I have to tell you all I've never had an attorney as determined to speak with such GREAT choices of words. I was even stunned. He studied my case and went the whole 9 yards ....and then some . $$$ Well worth it. Thank you so very much Lane Fitzgerald !!!!

Originally told we had until our 1st court date to pay retainer. Turns out thats not the case. They want the retainer upfront of They wont do a thing. Understandable but would have been nice to know. We ended up going to court on our own. Informed the judge that we were told to go alone and ask for an extension. The judge said "what kind of attorney advises that?" We knew right away something was off. We switched to another attorney in town and upon speaking to the paralegal she instantly guessed who our previous attempt was, Apparently Fitgerald law form has a history of misleading or "mispeaking" about their policies. I highly recommend you find someone else.

This place is not a good place to hire an attorney they rip you off the attorney i hired up and left he said i had a done deal case he left the firm and the other attorney wanted more money when i had already paid over 4 thousand dallors even thete secatary up and left what is wrong with these firms they realy know how to try to get money out of you for those who let them i recommend you get 2nd opinions on attorneys before you hire one check out there back ground and how many attorneys work with them and how many quit there firms. And talk money up front before they work on your case because they will rip you off and then you have to hire another attorney pay more money to win your case please i ask everyone out there looking for attorneys this place is not a good place in my eyes they realy did a job on me they hired another attorney and tried to give him my case he was talking about how it works in Illinois well those laws are diffrent there from Wisconsin for one and he realy didn't know what he was doing the attorney i had knew what he was doing i don't know why he left and and left my case to someone who doesn't know Wisconsin law's

They agree to things with the courts you don't, send attornies you didn't hire and mess up your court cases that cost you money and then threaten to drop you because your not happy with it.

Just read the owner reply to reviews, and I quote: "Represented you specifically as requested" Good attorneys don't have to put the blame for failure on the client, and justify every bad review with it being a bad client giving them bad requests. He even put, "represented you as requested" on a review for someone who was not a client, just a guy trying to retain their service and never got a call back from the consultation. This attorney is a crook, flush your money down the toilet it would be better spent.
