Attorney Mistrioty is the kindest, most respectable attorney I have ever worked with. His mastery of mutliple subject matters is impressive. He had my complete confidence in both my complicated family law case as well as my business litigation needs. He has been in the courtroom for so many years, he can accuratly predict how things will go and strives to advise accordingly. He is a very very quick thinker, and an excellent communicator, both in court and with me. He takes complete control of the courtroom, and quickly wins judges to his side with his calm, matter-of-fact approach. And he was going against some pretty heavy hitters in Milwaukee! He also has an excellent personality for dealing with me, the client. He takes his time to explain things, and tries very hard to help through very difficult, emotional times. He is very tuned in to the problems that can occur during a family law case and cares very much to guide the client (me) through it.
