They sent me a letter stating I owe cashnet.usa a certain amount but I have never done business with cashnet. I will be looking into a lawsuit for dobberstein and any associates involved. Fraud at its finest

Definitely don’t even deserve the one star this place is the most unprofessional joke of a company I have ever come across. Very tacky individuals who apparently think bullying is how they will get results. This is no way to do business. I suggest that the employees of this company go out and get a real education and a real job.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a bill go to collections awaiting insurance payment than snow balled. For two months I have been trying to get ahold of someone at the firm to resolve my bill, over 125 calls in two months and only one time did someone answer. My call was forwarded by that personand then it went to the same voicemail of “no one is available to take your call.” I’ve left at least 20 voicemails have received maybe 4 call backs while working and could not take the call. I’ve requested a call back at least 20 calls with no return call. I’ve emailed every email I can find and still have gotten nothing. I beg if you or your family need any sort of help to never use this firm if you want any resolution!

Wildly unprofessional. Unhelpful. Dont get stuck dealing with these people. They need to be out of business.

I've called multiple times, and left multiple voicemail. I haven't heard from them at all. The letter they sent is time sensitive, but I guess it's not that time sensitive if they can ignore me for weeks

These are the rudest people I’ve ever talked to, they are supposed to have a customer service team but they don’t even answer the phone and will let the phone go to voicemail, and when they do answer they talk over you and are rude when they feel like they can’t do anything to help you, I

They are the most unprofessional people ever. I have been calling/emailing for 3 weeks straight I am trying to get in writing the pay off with the settlement that me and the lawyer Miss Cynthia came up with. She informed me the reason why her colleagues wasn't emailing me back is because they just switched the email system I emailed her that day to have our discussion in writing exactly what we talked about on December 10th since then I have emailed her again and called and left numerous voice messages. All I'm trying to do is pay what they say I owe

This place is by far a joke. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a month and leaving voice messages trying to let them know they are suing the wrong Kayla Hamilton and I have not got a single response from them. At this point I’m just going to show up and see if their office is open!!

Meghan is into suing old ladies for bogus past debts. She sued my mother, won and garnished wages for two years only to discover the debt had been satisfied years earlier. She never bothered to look into the debt she had purchased. She 's just a paper shuffler.
