Paid balance in full by wire transfer to prevent a garnishment. Called to make sure funds were received the next day. After I sent in full amount by wire transfer (have wire transfer instructions with FULL AMOUNT for proof) , Rausch Sturm added a $15 fee for whatever reason. This was done literally after I spoke with around eight or so people (never able to get the same person again) that confirmed my original amount. Upon asking about this extra fee, a couple reps verified to not worry about it, that it would be waived. I asked for a receipt, and the receipt states account was settled for "less than the full balance"... not only did Raush Sturm put a garnishment on my wages without any notification, I was also blocked from my account online, and an additional fee was added... I kindly ask that the receipt be reworded accordingly to reflect that the balance was paid in full.

My first debt experience was handled so smoothly by Dan Borghese who is a debt collector. He guided me the entire way and was very helpful. Thank you Dan!

Makayla was very professional and helped me reduce my significant balance with Credit One Bank. I DO NOT recommend this credit card company (AT ALL), but Makayla @ Rausch Sturm is highly recommended!
