Wonderful customer service every single time

Fabulous and exceptional help from MICHELLE ROMERO from RAUSCH STURM! Nervous to call and anxious for answers, but she helped me out and answered all questions without hesitation. Forgot for a second I was paying y’all! Hope to not call again, but if I do, i'm only talking to MICHELLE ROMERO!!

I was contacted tonight by Michelle Romero about an outstanding debt I need to clear. She was extremely patient and kind with all her responses to me and very understanding to my situation. She explained everything very well and helped me to set up an affordable payment plan to get my debt resolved. She made my day as she was helping me achieve my goals of gaining a good credit report again. This was a step in the right direction. Thank You Michelle!!! I am very grateful.

Web site is pretty good, but it would be more user friendly if it remembered our acc number. My collector was super nice and empathetic

Throughout a difficult process, the team with Rausch Sturm were professional and courteous. I specifically want to call out 2 individuals who went above and beyond to help me move forward from repayment to credit line deletion from their client: First was Michelle Hernandez. Her hard work and empathy really got me pointed in the right direction and got the ball moving. When she handed it off to the client and I continued to run into road block after road block from the client, Desley helped get my information to the right people with Rausch Sturm to get the case moving forward with the client. My sincere thanks to both of these wonderful ladies! It was great not feeling like I was just another account. I felt like they understood the challenges I faced and truly wanted to help me get them resolved. That's priceless in any field, especially litigation and debt collection! Great job! Finally, I'd like to say thank you to the management team behind these wonderful workers. Though I didn't catch names, your presence is noticed and appreciated. You are the ones who gave them guidance and assistance that made it's way down to me. Though I didn't get to speak with you, sincere thanks to you as well.

I called today for information regarding my account and I spoke to a lady (named Sonia Palomo), she was very rude, unkind, very unprofessional, and yell at me.

Literally all of their phone lines are non-functional, whether national or local, and whether you select English or Spanish. It doesn't matter when you call or which number -- their system hangs up immediately. This has been going on for more than a month. Seems they have no interest in fixing it. I guess you don't want people to be able to pay you, either?
