Contacted the office on 4/24/20 to make arrangements to rearrange my current settlement plan. In that the COVID-19 Virus has affected the way we do business which affects my pay, I needed to make changes to my budget in order to still be able to pay my bills and survive at the same time. At the end of the day I can't be mad at the collection company because I owe the bill and I want to resolve it as soon as I can. I spoke to Ms. Lorraine and she was very helpful. She was very nice and understanding which in turn made it that much easier for me to cooperate with the company in resolving my debt. I really appreciate her kindness in these rare and unpredictably hard times. Thanks, Linda

The collector who called be was so friendly and nice. No pressure, respectful and considerate of my situation. My agent was named Dan Borgese (spelling?). The process was fast and easy!

I cannot believe that after I finished paying off a couple off debts with them they cannot help me with my last one to report to my credit bureaus asap. I have never been late and my last file I paid more than 50% at once to finish it off. But, I had to speak with my representative based on my file who was not accommodating. He was so robotic that I was not able to get any info after I had finished paying this final settlement with this firm. Now, I have to get my lawyer involved again to get this law firm to expedite my reporting. This is how absurd I find this process with Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik LLP. I hope that no one has to deal with them ever in regards to such rude representatives they hire here. Especially, in a time(Covid-19) of great despair they should be more understanding and compassionate.

Iv been getting the run around for 2 months now. Iv called almost every week for the last 2 months and all they keep saying is someone will call me back. No one ever does. They do not want to help me even though iv turned in documents. Exploring legal options.

Extremely rude, disgusting attitudes. Luckily they have online pay so that you can pray you NEVER have to deal with one of these people over the phone. Clearly they hire the bottom of the barrel to work for them.

Be very careful with your payment arrangements I made several attempts and every time they make a payment arrangement it's only for one year I don't care what they say over the phone. My initial contact with them was 1 letter attempt and then a serve they don't even try to get you to know they're handling your case prior to being served. I have been paying more than the grate upon amount and today I received yet another phone call stating that I needed to set up my payment arrangement again I've been set up on auto payment but apparently was temporary. The girl told me today that it would be up and until March of next year but yet my balance is more than 12 months I asked about April and may and she said I would not have to worry about it but final payment would be in June I still don't understand how this would equal 17 months worth of payment but she said I would not have to worry about it only time will tell I do not trust these people at all.
