Rarely have I dealt with a law firm that I've had much positive to say. But I was lucky enough to talk with James Padilla at Rausch and Sturm and can say that he was great. He was very patient, kind and listened to my concerns and worked with me to help me out! I'm very grateful to have spoken with him and would recommend him to anyone who needed to contact Rausch and Sturm and talk to someone. Thank you James you are great!

They got me a satisfaction letter within a couple of days that I needed to close on a house

This is a horrible law office. I have been trying for days to call and pay off an account. No one answers the phone.

Being in collections I know is not easy having to deal with people but Jordan was very professional, patient, kind and helpful with my situation and my outstanding debt with my creditor. He was able to help me with a settlement amount I was comfortable with paying and managed to still save on it for me. I am very grateful and appreciative to all his efforts he put to help me out. BEWARE of this law firm and their unlawful tactics. Despite trying to do the right thing and pay them they will still work hard to ruin your life and credit. They filed a lawsuit against me in Texas. I reached to them several times trying to pay. They never responded. Instead they filed a default judgement against me. I literally had to make them accept my payment and they refused to drop the judgement. In addition if you pay them they will deduct the money from your account, however, the transaction doesn’t show where the money going FRAUD. I guess to keep you from proving in court you paid them. Shame on you thieves. They are not a debt collector that wants to help you but instead make your life worst.

How are all the comments positive I call everyday thru business hours to try and update my banking information and no one ever picks up i sit on the phone for 20mins. Worst agency I have ever delt with

I've been in an agreement with this firm for repayment for a couple years, however, Everytime I try to login to my account and/or make an additional online payment, their system cannot ever locate my information. When I call in, there isn't an issue, but there is obviously a disconnect between my account and the online service. I've called several times and no one can seem to figure out or fix my issue. I've also emailed them directly with their info on my statements with no reply whatsoever. Sad customer service and tech support. Update 6-18-2019: It took this Google review for them to finally reach out and figure out why I didn't have online account access, which confirms their poor customer service/tech support.

I've been calling for the past 5 hours and haven't been able to receive assistance. I try to leave a message but they're unavailable to do so. It's ridicolous that I've made ten calls and haven't been able to get assistance.
