This is my review of Gina Sandoval, I was very reluctant to talk to anyone at this firm but when I spoke with Gina I immediately felt calm and knew that I was in good hands. Gina directed me through the whole process and made it as pain free as possible...Thank you again Gina for putting my worries at ease. Absolutely love her voice!!!!!!

Man flat out amazing. I have been trying build my credit back up and Darnell Ward was able to provide all information and have this opportunity to start fresh.

Gabriela Amaro helped my mom out with the a discrepancy on the accounts placed with your firm. My mom has been so frustrated with this problem and Gabriela was able to calm her to where she was no longer stressed about the accounts. Thank you so much for helping her. Gabriela is the nicest person and listened to her and assured her that she will do everything to resolve the problem.

This company fraudulently garnished my husband's wages! They rescinded the order after taking nearly 600 dollars! When I call to find out when the money will be returned, nobody has an answer. They acknowledge their mistake but all they say is "it's in process " when questioned about the refund. It's been 4 weeks and still no response.

I appreciate Marcela Viedma for being so patient. She worked really hard to make these payments affordable for me. She was always so pleasant to speak with. Thank you for everything Marcela and keep up the good work.

Every person I have talked to at this company have been so professional, helpful and kind. I did not get everyone’s name but the names I do have is Tina Vang, Casandra Owens, Craig Wiser. They have all been so polite and made this uncomfortable situation much easier with their attitude being so kind. Thanks to the management team for the leadership they are obviously getting. It does make a difference.
