Stupidest worst customer service ever, nobody answers and goes to random voicemail, lady assigned to my case never gives me her extension# nor anyone else, can't even access online either, when I call in advance or to let them know something it is ignored like on purpose so they can send their stupid letters saying you haven't paid and when you call they say they're sorry it's documented and put you on hold and again say it's taken care of but later it's not. I hate a company who isn't professional but uses their legal system to get away to harass and make threats like Trump.

I will be honest, I did not know how this call would go. I was so nervous I had to pop in an anxiety pill before I called. I have been struggling through some personal things that got me on this situation to begin with. But the representative I spoke with ( Bodidi) was very understanding, he made me feel normal ( Human again) the service was so good, It felt to good to be true.
