After having a hunch something was wrong with my account, I reached out to Rausch Sturn LLP representative Mrs. Melissa Hernandez who not only made me feel comfortable expressing my concerns but understood exactly what I was saying. They refuse to update their RTN list. As a result I have to transfer money to a friend every single month to make my payments because their website insists my bank account is invalid. It would cost me even more money to go get money orders, stamps, and envelopes every single month. There is no reason for them to not update the RTN list annually and they have not done it in at least 3 years.
They also refuse to return phone calls or respond to emails. They do not care about you and they do not want to make it easy for you to pay your debts.
