I just got off the phone with Korwin Ward from Rausch Sturm and I must say that this is an exceptional young man. In today's world it seems that customer service is a thing of the past but Korwin, thankfully is not from today's world. It was exceedingly helpful and was able to help me get all of my matters settle is friendly, courteous, and stress-free way. Today's company's want everything fast but they need to be done right and good at the same time without alienating people and that is something that Korwin has down pat. After 3 year in the Middle East and all the problems I came back from there with including PTSD, extreme anxiety issues I have to deal with on a daily basis, Korwin was extraordinarily helpful it getting matters resolved. If Rausch Sturm is smart, they will keep Korwin and start grooming him for a leadership role in their company. Thank you Korwin for all your help. If I could give you more stars, I would.

I have been calling at various times for over 2 days and all I ever get is a busy signal. I have sent an email and a message from the website and still have not heard a thing from them... If I could give them negative stars I would this place is horrible to deal with... All I want to do is pay off a debt that they have and get it off my credit report...

I just got off of the phone with Stewart Hopper and I have to say this firm has been the best debt collection experience I have ever had. Stewart treated me with such respect. He did not once make me feel negligent, he was entirely empathetic and encouraging. Debt Collection Agencies should be trained by this firm. This experience has built a relationship between myself and RSIE&H and that motivates me to want to fulfill my obligation to them at the earliest possible opportunity. Thank you for training your representatives fantastic customer service, especially when having to deal with people who might be at one of the lowest points in their lives.
