I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Jeremy Matlock. He was very understanding and helpful. I really appreciate his kindness and the effort he put forth to help me. You have a great asset in Jeremy and are very lucky to have him on staff. In addition, I was also assisted by Phillip Crowson. He too is a great asset and very helpful. I hope both both of these men receive the kudos they deserve for the great. 07 Feb 20 Revision This place is a nightmare. Yes, Jeremy was great. That's just a ploy to make you feel comfortable. I called in with some questions about my account and I spoke with Taylor Major, he did a wonderful job answering my questions and making the experience as stress free. I was nervous to call in because of the situation but Taylor made that stress go away and spoke to me with respect; it was clear that he was dedicated to helping the customers he interacts with. Devon Fitch has been very helpful with helping me set up payments for a debt that I myself had incurred. I would highly recommend working with her to anyone who is scared of their debt but trying to atleast do the right thing. I know it has not been easy for me, but she has made it a little bit less painful as she is very patient to work with you and very understanding of the situation! Thank you Devon again!!
