They keep calling my office phone for over a year now for someone I don't know or does not even work here - I have asked them repeatedly to remove my number with no avail - now they call once a day ... think I need to get the company lawyers after them...

Speaking with a debt collector is never a easy thing to do, however my experience with Paul Powell from Rausch Sturm was very pleasant. Mr.Powell has excellent customer service skills, he was very informative and made the process painfree.
