After several attempts to settle a debt through other agencies, I finally came into contact with Rausch Sturm. I had the pleasure of working with Frank (Denver office), who demonstrated compassion and understanding while helping me find a solution I could afford while still maintaining my dignity. We need more debt collectors with these characteristics. People don't go into debt because they want to and Frank took time to listen to my circumstances. He was a pleasure to work with. To start off I would like to say that my experience with this company was good. I occurred a debt as 18 year old neanderthal that knew nothing about credit. Well, let's just say things have changed for the better and I have grown since then. The debt collector who I worked with was Susie Hernandez and she is excellent. I felt confident in her abilities through out the entire process and I feel now as though a weight has been lifted. Thank you Susie and I wish you the best of luck!

Ken Gaskins was AMAZING! I have been working with him for awhile now and he has helped me so much. He has worked with my crazy schedule, he has helped me with different arrangements and was overall great! Hate paying bills, but at least it was completely sucky. Lol. Thanks Ken!
