Ken Gaskin was very helpful and understanding to what I needed. He managed to get a settlement offer approved for me and I am very grateful for that! Couldn't ask for better customer service!

I have recently set up monthly installments (via my online account) in order to begin paying off my debt. I wondered why I was being served court documents by Rausch Sturm, et al. I decided to contact their office. So glad I did! I spoke with Marcela V. who informed me that my online payment arrangement was not yet in the firm's system. I was so relieved! Marcela went on to explain that I would be receiving an agreement letter pertaining to my payment arrangements in the next few weeks. Marcela was knowledgeable, kind and very patient. After the phone call, I felt much better. I was being diligent by setting up payments on my own...the firm was simply late receiving my online arrangement.

I called Rausch Sturm because a couple years ago I was having a lot of family troubles and had become really depressed, therefore not paying bills that I had. I'm now doing better and wanted to start paying all those bills back and fixing my credit. I was so nervous to call because I wasn't sure what to expect from a creditor as I had never been in this situation before. I had the pleasure of speaking with April Perez. She was amazing, extremely professional and understanding. She was really helpful in finding the best payment plan that worked for me, and she put me totally at ease. I'm grateful for the way that she helped me because she was so sweet and I could tell she was really doing her best to make it as easy on me as possible. If you're nervous about paying your bill back or in general by them being judgemental or rude don't be! Just give them a call and explain your situation and I'm sure they will help you out! Kia was very helpful today. I have been waiting 3 months for my paperwork, and she understood my concern and promptly made sure that I received it electronically. She even took the time to stay on the phone with me until I got the information and was able to review it.

Kuddos to Maria Marinelli!!!! After calling 6 x's asking for a document so I can set up payment plans and leaving messeges each time with a live person I finally got someone who went above and beyond, Maria Marinelli, thank you. After speaking with 5-6 different people after several calls, Maria was the one who told me what the hold up was. I really appreciate great customer service, it's hard to find these days. Although this place is a debt collector, Maria has made it a lot easier and more pleasant to work with. Thank you Maria for your professionalism; being respectful to the customer and not being judgmental as I've experienced with one of the reps who told me "to do what I have to do" in a very condescending tone. Again, thank you Maria!!!
