I've been working with a Nicole Hansen at Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik for over 10 years. This firm and Nicole are one of my favorite companies to work with. She's a delight to work with and is always on top of her game. She and I are usually able to resolve 99.9% of our accounts and I can't say enough great things about her. She's THE BEST!

I have dealt with RSIEH on an almost weekly basis for over a year and I have never been treated with anything but professionalism and courtesy by their representatives. I have dealt almost exclusively with Nicole Hansen with regards to RSIEH and she is not only very transparent, but she also finds a professional way to make an otherwise mundane process tolerable. 10x better to work with than Zwicker.

This firm was very fair in settlements. I always worked with Nicole Hansen when I settled cases. She was easy to work with and we came out with fair outcomes that were satisfactory for both parties. This is a firm that works hard and they do use underhanded means to get their money. Unlike other firms, they actually take hardships into consideration. I would love to work with Nicole Hansen and Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson and Hornik again.

Working for a law firm that handles a large volume of cases trying to resolve lawsuits for consumer debt - working with this firm always makes my job a little bit easier. I can always call Nicole Hansen and she takes the time to handle multiple cases for me, and always ensures everything is done right the first time. I showed them proof that an account was not mine, including a police report and affidavit, they said they did not care and will make me pay the credit card plus all fees! They are the worst

horrible firm- they file lawsuits against people and also you can't trust them...They say they're going to do one and don't do it. They never follow up or assure people with regards to court paperwork etc. You can't trust them at all
