I spoke with Joseph Johnson today about a debt I owed and he was pleasantly helpful. He listened to me and understood my situation and worked with me to settle the issue. He answered every question I had and gave me the information I needed to move forward. Thankful for the respectful and workable conversation during a difficult time. :)

Terrible company to deal with - they don’t let you know what you owe so you better keep track - hate talking to them - I’ve gone back and forth dealing Synchrony Bank and Rausch Sturm - it’s been a nightmare.

Called today and spoke with Abdul Ahmed and he was extremely helpful with my question regarding my pay off on my account. He assured me he would have his supervisor write a letter stating that the pay off was in process, which I needed to help secure another loan. Their website is easy to navigate as well.

Predatory debt collectors. Unable to make payments to them but they have no issue taking you to court. I thought my account was paid off but the last payment didnt go through so now they are suing me for the remaining $174 plus $200 in "damages". Joke of a company!! Highly likely all 5 star reviews are bots or were bought
