Was stood up for a meeting they scheduled, went to pick up escrow money that they knew we were coming in for—no one in office and their off site admin could only send out an emergency text, took three emails over 3 days to get a response to ‘can you make a closing at 9 on this date’ Would not recommend.

Working with Cornerstone Law, specifically in my interactions with Michael Kilkenny, has been a great experience. In general, I don't have "interacting with lawyers" on my list of activities I enjoy doing. Mostly, lawyers and legal teams can be intimidating and too often, the service received from law firms can feel sterile and rushed. With Cornerstone Law, I have not experienced that treatment at all. Eight months after our dad's passing we learned of a 401k account he had that was still active with no records of it to be found. After several weeks of futility trying to get the matter resolved directly with the financial institute we contacted Cornerstone Law. Michael at Cornerstone was very knowledgeable on the matter we were dealing with and was quickly able to get us our desired results.
