After he reviewed all of our history he assured us this this could and would be resolved (a huge relief). He told us exactly what to do to establish the grounds required for a lawsuit if necessary. We went from the lender telling us that we owed them 22k to them acknowledging their error with apologies. It took a couple months due to time required by law for lender responses, but Nathan was able to resolve an issue we could not on our own or even with other help. He is down to earth in conversations and doesn't talk over your head.
