This was a difficult little case as we were not in Wisconsin but we were involved in an estate. He converted my layman's knowledge into an educational document that provided multiple avenues to an acceptable conclusion. There were no courts and the issue is being decided exactly as expected. I am sure Mr. Mack is a very pleasant person and knows profession. Unfortunately I feel I wasted 6 months waiting on his firm. The only way anything happened I had to call and push. Was assured each time it was a staffing issue and wouldn't happen again. It did. Final call the attorneys were a bit indignant that they had not been paid anything. Pointed out I have waited months for communication and a plan. Including a bill. Really wanted to like this group but in the end with the delay and arrogance of assigned attorney didn't feel they would truly be a trusted advocate.
