Jane is a phenomenal attorney. I wasn't quite sure how to handle my child support review and she was amazing to work with. She explained everything to me as we went along and made sure I was comfortable with it all. I highly recommend working with Jane.

Jane handled my case and did a great job and gave wonderful advice. My case went smoothly and I felt very comfortable with her handling it and her staff.

I have had Jane Probst as my attorney. Since the beginning of my divorce. Her and her team have been amazing to work with. We have crossed many obstacles along the way and their knowledge of the law and commitment to their client has been a god sent. If you ever have to go thru this she is the person you want on your side. My deepest thanks go to you and your team.

Highly don't recommend

I don’t even know where to begin- she is flat out manipulative and abusive. I don’t know how she affords this career choice for herself- but wow- she is bad news.She really messed up my case and I have had more sincere- thoughtful representation through legal aide- and a pro- Bono- attorney. Jane Probst is wolf in sheep’s clothing and will steal the clothing off your back if she senses a case she can take advantage of. I see the positive reviews. It is very sad. She helped bankrupt my family by following up on on vexatious litigation by opposing counsel. She is a horrible person.

As a former paralegal and someone embroiled in the family law court for years now, I can unequivocally state that Jane is THE best attorney I have come across. She is smart, effective, tough and doesn't waste time or money. She has been a miracle in dealing with other attorneys, the courts and with my ex. I was at the end of my rope dealing with a disabled child and court issues and she gave me my life back. She handles the legal issues and I get to work on my life! Thank you Jane and Cheryl.

If you are thinking of enrolling in Legalshield and are in Wisconsin, don't bother. By far the worst experience I have ever had with legal counsel. Jaques Mann was condescending from the start. I spent an hour loading all the information into the legalshield system on what are needs were and what ADVICE we were looking for. He started the call by sending an automated text from legalshield saying I'd hear from an attorney shortly. He called 30 seconds later, with only 10 minutes left in the window I was given that they would call. (called at 1:50pm I was told I would hear from them between 11am and 2pm). He started the call asking what he could do for me and clearly had read none of the data I had posted. There was severe echo on the call which he blamed on me. He then proceeded he could only talk to my wife about the issue, even though at this point I was looking for advice, which all other attorneys I have spoken to about this issue were happy to provide me LEGAL ADVICE. Also, I had my wife next to me on speaker phone, but he wasn't listening to me at all. Condescending and refused to listen. He was probably annoyed he had to do a LegalShield "Consult" to begin with. Now they are deleting my Google Reviews, which I will simply keep reposting. Net/net I was prepared to give them a retainer and contract them for their services based on LegalShield for a family matter, but my family needs someone who will listen and not condescend. We will be seeking a refund from LegalShield and looking for counsel elsewhere.
