I was involved in a nasty motorcycle accident a couple months ago. I needed legal help to guide me through this new event in my life. If you’re reading this, it may be because you or a loved one needs an attorney and I’d like to share a little of my own experience. After sustaining injuries in a fall, it didn’t take long to realize that navigating an injury claim process on my own wouldn’t be an easy task and I needed an expert to help guide me. My first appointment was meeting with Brett Eckstein at Cannon & Dunphy, and it became the only appointment I would need. In July 2018 my husband and I were broadsided by an agricultural truck. In September 2019 my husband passed away. Brett is a great lawyer. When I first went in for a consultation, he had explained everything well to me and told me he was able to help me. It didn’t even take up to a year and he got me a good amount of settlement. I didn’t have to do anything at all he basically touch based with me once we came to an agreement. I would recommend on going to Brett again in the future and I would also refer anyone to him if anyone needs a lawyer, he’s the one to depend on. So thank you Brett!!!!

Thanks to Attorney Brett Eckstein, My daughter suffered significant injuries to her face from a dog bite. After getting repeated phone calls from the insurance company of the dog’s owner, my wife and I decided to consult an attorney. I contacted Cannon and Dunphy and was fortunately put in contact with Brett. Over the phone, I explained the circumstances of what occurred to my daughter and that the insurance company had contacted us multiple times to settle the claim. After our phone conversation, I met with Brett in his office. He went over the circumstances of the case. It was on his advice that we had a case worth pursuing. At no time did I feel pressured to go forward with the case, it was left completely up to my daughter, wife and I. Brett was able to set our minds at ease thus we went forward with the case. After a couple of months of work by Brett and his staff, the case was settled for a substantial amount of money. I never once had to do anything except sign a few forms and respond to a few emails. At the hearing with Brett was with us helping to put my daughter at ease and made the hearing non-threatening. I was in an accident in 2017 and I hired Brett and his firm to help me out. I don't know what I would have done without him. After being in a car accident, I didn't know what to do, my car was totaled, I had medical bills that needed to be reimbursed. He helped me negotiate everything with my car insurance and medical bills. He made sure I wasn't taken advantage of by my insurance company or the insurance of the person that hit me.
