If you’re reading this, it may be because you or a loved one needs an attorney and I’d like to share a little of my own experience. Al Foeckler and his associate Cindy were extremely helpful in the handling of my motor vehicle case. They were efficient and prompt in responding to my concerns. Al was easy to communicate with and always kept me in the loop regarding the progress on my case. I am satisfied with the outcome and my settlement. I would highly recommend Al Foeckler and the firm of Cannon and Dunphy.

I am disabled. my rights were violated.. the woman who answered the phone today asked me to explain how I was violated. I explained for less than 9 seconds how I was violated she interrupts me saying we can't help you goodluck.. and tried to hang up the phone. I say sweetheart what's your name and shes replies "I'm not a sweetheart I'm 62 years old and we won't you unless you've been beat up or shot up.." I have proof of her saying this. this is the most low quality, false advertisement, disgusting, racist firm I've ever spoke with in my life don't ever call here don't ever go here stay away.

I have read the reviews from all of the success stories so I guess in my opinion they more than likely are not taking my case seriously because I am african american. I constantly feel disregarded and I honestly feel as though I should have selected a different attorney.

I would like to sincerely thank Michael Cerjak and the staff at Cannon & Dunphy. Michael worked tirelessly to win my mother's case. He kept focused while the Pandemic shook our nation. He reassured me our concerns would be heard despite political unrest. I'll forever remember the Man to Man respect given when we first met Michael. My dad said "oh yeah I can roll with him" which meant he liked him and trusted him. I'll also remember the empathy shown when my father and brother passed away. Some skills can't be taught in a classroom but are necessary for a job that exceeds well done. For you Michael Cerjak and Cannon & Dunphy, I say job well done 🤝🏾 If there's one thing I would change... Better financial planning and layout for ppl with low income. If you're not careful, it can seem as tho you're getting taking advantage of all over again. Again, I thank Michael for explaining details and bringing in other ppl to help me sort the mess.
