Brett is a great lawyer. When I first went in for a consultation, he had explained everything well to me and told me he was able to help me. It didn’t even take up to a year and he got me a good amount of settlement. I didn’t have to do anything at all he basically touch based with me once we came to an agreement. I would recommend on going to Brett again in the future and I would also refer anyone to him if anyone needs a lawyer, he’s the one to depend on. So thank you Brett!!!!

Best experience! After my car accident I wasn't sure who to trust and which firm should represent me. It seems like every other commercial on TV is a law firm and the TV ads make it more confusing. After interviewing several firms there was only one choice for me and that was Cannon and Dunphy. Other firms had red flags to me after I interviewed them, in fact one of the firms sent me a contract to sign before they would even talk to me (that is just wrong) Cannon and Dunphy would never take advantage of you like other firms. Micheal Cerjak was assigned my case. He was professional and amazing. He took a personal interest and dug into every medical record going back years. He was inquisitive, thorough and always cared about me personally. Micheal went above and beyond and left no rocks unturned. The firm and Attorney Robert Crivello were very professional, extremely thorough and took care of every detail....After our initial meeting, aside from needing me to provide some documentation regarding lost work time, they took care of every aspect of the case and notified me when the tentative settlement was reached. They answered all my questions and clarified all aspects of the case. This being my first and only experience with needing a personal injury lawyer put my mind at ease and it was a good experience.

Thanks to Attorney Brett Eckstein, My daughter suffered significant injuries to her face from a dog bite. After getting repeated phone calls from the insurance company of the dog’s owner, my wife and I decided to consult an attorney. I contacted Cannon and Dunphy and was fortunately put in contact with Brett. Over the phone, I explained the circumstances of what occurred to my daughter and that the insurance company had contacted us multiple times to settle the claim. After our phone conversation, I met with Brett in his office. He went over the circumstances of the case. It was on his advice that we had a case worth pursuing. At no time did I feel pressured to go forward with the case, it was left completely up to my daughter, wife and I. Brett was able to set our minds at ease thus we went forward with the case. After a couple of months of work by Brett and his staff, the case was settled for a substantial amount of money. I never once had to do anything except sign a few forms and respond to a few emails. At the hearing Brett was with us helping to put my daughter at ease and made the hearing non-threatening.
