Pros
1
Exceptional legal representation and expertise
“If you are in need of legal help with an injury I recommend Ed Robinson of Cannon & Dunphy. My case was not an easy one and required perseverance and the best representation. I found that at Cannon & Dunphy with Ed Robinson.”
2
Compassionate and personalized client care
“From the moment we first met until the close of my case I felt a sense of comfort knowing I was represented by a truly outstanding attorney. But most importantly, Brett is one of the finest human-beings I have ever met. He never treated me like "just another client" and I always felt like I had a loyal friend guiding me through the process.”
3
Thorough and effective case management
“Ed Robinson was very thorough with my car accident injury case. While I was recovering with over 100+ doctor and physical therapy appointments, Ed was consistently advising while I was receiving treatment.”
4
Excellent communication and client involvement
“He explained and included me in every step of the legal process while he and his outstanding staff processed the case seamlessly.”
5
Successful case outcomes and fair settlements
“In the end, it was his expertise and persistence negotiating cases like mine that brought it to a fair, equitable conclusion.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication issues
“I have never been involved in a lawsuit. I was nervous about what to do. I chose this firm because they convinced me of their honesty and determination. I have chosen well. I feel that Michael Cerjak and the people involved were working tirelessly on my behalf. They kept me informed about the case.”
2
Slow or delayed case progress
“It seems like every other commercial on TV is a law firm and the TV ads make it more confusing. After interviewing several firms there was only one choice for me and that was Cannon and Dunphy. Other firms had red flags to me after I interviewed them, in fact one of the firms sent me a contract to sign before they would even talk to me (that is just wrong) Cannon and Dunphy would never take advantage of you like other firms.”
