Lack of preparation and communication before court appearances
“My attorney failed to inform me of vital information in order to prepare for each step in my divorce process. This lack of preparation was likely due to the fact that she would meet me 5-10 minutes before any court appearance and not tell me how we would proceed.”

Unresponsive to client calls and emails
“This is the worst law firm in Burlington and possibly in the state, They take the case and the retainer, but when you call to discuss the case that is in one day , but been calling the lawyer for a few weeks and the lawyer doesn't even call back.”
