Kerry is rude and extremely unprofessional. She can’t even write a professional email. She doesn’t do her homework, she doesn’t follow through. She makes accusations towards the other party and is a name caller. She makes mistakes and blames others. She doesn’t answer your phone calls. If I could give a zero star, I would. No doubt, the worst attorney in the area.

I would never recommend this "guardian" EVER... she was guardian for my kids since 2022 and did absolutely nothing for them. Didn't have a recommendation until the day of court, said she was only give my ex every other weekend, than last minute threw in once a week once a month during summer. My ex is an addict, controlling, manipulative, narcissistic, frantic lunatic, who does nothing but put our kids in the middle, question them until they give him something and can't get past anything. This "guardian" is no guardian.. she shouldn't have the job she has. She should be flipping burgers at McDonald's. She wasn't there for my kids. Nor did she do anything positive for my children. She has known my ex since he was 5. That should of been conflict of interest. She gave him more than he deserves, now I will spend forever in fear of my kids while in his care because this women didn't do her job..

Does not investigate. Does not work with the best interests of children. Refuses to do any sort of due diligence. Biased and hard to get ahold of. Good luck getting a full report, she does not investigate both sides.

Provided adequate representation up to and through divorce hearing. I had questions and was looking for assistance within a year of the divorce being finalized contacting her multiple times. She would not return call or emails. Very disappointed in her representation and support.

The worst attorney I’ve ever had. Never responds. Doesn’t think about there client. Only time Gail would respond is when we would message her a dozen times and call her. I do not feel she should be in the role as a attorney. I feel since day one she was awful and had a bad feeling about her from the beginning and I was right. DO NOT USE GAIL PROCK FOR A LAWYER!!!!

This woman does not give a flying **** about anyone but herself. She did an awful job in our court case!!!! She isn’t there for the child/children’s best interest, do yourself a favor and hire someone compassionate that has a brain.

It was very difficult to get ahold of her, never really discussed things before the court hearings

Unorganized, sloppy, didn't file the proper paperwork. I wasted $1500 on her and got nothing! She messed up my motion and when I asked her to fix things she blamed opposing counsel and wouldn't return my calls or any money.. Should have just thrown my money in the garbage.
