My husband and I had Vickie prepare a will, trust, and POA documents for us. While it is a very morbid topic and difficult to wrap your head around, she made the process easy and comforting knowing we had our affairs in order should something happen to us. My wife and I used Victoria Schroder for preparation of our wills and power of attorney documents. We have procrastinated on getting this done and the process was made incredibly easy at this office! The documents are exactly what we were looking for, communication was excellent, appointments were timely and efficient, and I feel we made "a new friend" with Victoria. We were very happy with the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service we received from Victoria and Laura as we prepared our wills and other legal documents. They responded quickly and gave us great advice as well as recommendations for our estate planning. Victoria patiently answered all of our questions as well as brought up things we had not even thought about! We would highly recommend their services.

Victoria is great, but we hired her daughter to save a little money. We were told Victoria would be helping Laura who was not very experienced. 1) we used Laura for a TPR, once that was complete she handed over the paperwork telling us that is all that was needed to finalize the adoption. As it was extremely difficult to scrape the money together for the TPR we needed to save money somewhere. She handed over the paperwork saying that is all we would need. I had to go back to the courthouse a couple of times because she was wrong, that was not the only paperwork we needed. So i paid her to complete the forms which, come to find out did not include all required forms. 2) the forns she did fill out had an error that she crossed out and fixed with pen. The courthouse would not accept this so the paperwork I paid to have her do I then had to redo. When I brought this to her attention she rold me she never did that, but I very clearly remember sitting with her when she did this because I had to tell her she had the wrong info. I even sent her a picture which very clearly showed it was her handwriting. 3) with the retainer we submitted a GAL fee. She told us it was a one time fee. Wrong. We received a GAL bill today in the mail that was above the supposed one time fee. So again wrong information provided. Again I would hire Victoria in a heartbrat, but I would never recommend Laura. Very incompetent.

Attorney Victoria Schroeder handled my pre-nuptual agreement and then updating the wills, trust, medical powers of attorney and financial powers of attorney for me and my new husband. We also plan to use her when my new husband adopts my son. She is very prompt and very friendly. She is extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend her.

We think Victoria Schroeder is a wonderful, knowledgeable attorney. She's very friendly and gave us great advice on our wills and power of attorney for health care and financial. Our whole family uses her for legal matters. We highly recommend her.
