I needed someone to sue a municipality. He took on the city and we won. Didn't over charge me either.

His office and staff were low key and personable. His dog is also in the office. He was thorough and very good. He understood a real estate problem we couldn't get two other lawyers to figure out. He got it done in 1/5th of the time the other two took to let me know they couldn't help me further.
