I think I could spend all day writing a novel about how impressed I am with the care and attention I got while navigating the legal world following a traumatic car accident. Not once did I ever feel overwhelmed with the world I was navigating because Russell and his assistant Jana were 10 steps ahead of me paving a smooth path. They handled all the emails and phone calls, they told me when I needed to sign something or make a decision, they checked in on my well-being and asked how doctors appointments were going, and they tolerated weeks where I didn’t have the energy or time to respond to emails. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had to navigate life after a car accident with a serious injury, but I can say that this experience was 1000x smoother. I never felt pushed aside or rushed to make a decision. I truly felt like that valued and cared about me. When it came time for negotiations, Russell bent over backwards to make sure I got the best possible deal while avoiding the stress of having to go to court. So if you’re trying to decide who to go with, look no further. All I can say is thank you a million times over for taking such good care of me.
