I hired them, then my lawyer quit.. I fell through the cracks. Be careful..

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Nicolet Law. It was such a relief to hand the problem over to Adam and have confidence that he knew how to work the system. It gave me peace of mind that he took care of every detail and was quick to respond to any questions and clear in his communication. The result was that because he knew how to seek justice for me, Adam obtained a higher settlement amount than I could have alone, and I do not have to second-guess anything... other than asking myself why I didn't give my burden to him sooner.

I fractured my elbow in a bike accident and having no idea how to handle anything I called Adam at Nicolet Law. I was unable to drive to his Office, so he came to my house that day. The whole experience has been a long process due to Covid, but every step of the way Adam and his team kept me informed on the progress of the lawsuit. Adam always replied to every email or phone call and answered every question that came up in a timely fashion. The whole experience was stress-free. I’ve personally never needed an attorney before. So I was very nervous going into finding one. I called around. Got a few lawyers to talk to me. When I called Nicolet law office, the person who answered was Ben. The lawyer directly. He wasn’t pushy. He didn’t give me any Hollywood type hero stories about why he is better. He in fact told me up front that he will review my case and communicate if he is the best to represent me. He called back and laid out what he saw in my case and how he sees himself helping further. Upon entering our agreement, he was open, honest and very compassionate. I had a head injury and back injury. Two injuries that are hard to see from the outside. Where some could see this as an easy cash grab case, he saw the family aspects of this case. He saw and recognized the impact of my future in the next few years. He went as far as to even review the insurance we were up against and let me know his experiences. Over the next few years he was in touch along every step of the way. Periodic calls about my family and scheduled emails and calls regarding the case. When it was time to conclude the case he went out of his way to even help with debt that I had amassed in the interim. Ben Nicolet was a bright light in this dark time for our family.

I had so much trouble talking to my insurance company Adam eased the process. Was very supportive and caring also very professional . I will definitely go back if I have any future needs with Nicolet law in the future.
