I had received a advertisement letter from this firm after I had received a summons for a judgment to be filed against me by one of the credit card companies so I called and setup a appointment with this firm to see they could help me with this judgment and if this was a firm that I would be comfortable working with that’s all. On the day of my appointment I had a busy day. I had a VA appointment oncologist who is treating my cancer. Am a Vietnam combat veteran with terminal Cancer from agent orange exposure. I am 100% disabled and. My appointment at this firm was 1: PM and I didn’t get out of my Oncology appointment which was at the VA hospital at fort snelling MN. So I had to hurry to make it to Eau Claire WI. When I got there the first thing they wanted was a payment in full before they would even talk to me. It could only be paid with cash or debit card. No credit cards. Having Being busy I did not have a way to pay them and told them my situation and that I would gladly pay them just not on that day. They Refused to even talk to me. And were not nice about it. I am 77 years old and any form that treats their clients with lack of trust and respect I will not recommend to anyone.

Stella is the most racist and female biased attorney I have EVER met! She never spoke to me, nor did she do ANY kind of research or background checking before coming up with her conclusion’s she claims were in the best interest of my daughter. If you’re a male and have to deal with her in a GAL case ask for a new attorney because she will automatically call you l misogynistic and favor the mother regardless of the mothers dangerous past with your child

In my opinion and experience they are far more interested in money than helping clients. Despite me keeping them informed of complications that might delay my bankruptcy, they continued processing my paperwork racking up billable hours and used up the majority of the retainer I paid then dropped me without fulfilling their role, leaving me in worse financial shape. Go somewhere else for representation! You've been warned!
