Inflexible payment policies and lack of empathy
“The first thing they wanted was a payment in full before they would even talk to me. It could only be paid with cash or debit card. No credit cards. Having Being busy I did not have a way to pay them and told them my situation and that I would gladly pay them just not on that day. They Refused to even talk to me. And were not nice about it.”

Prioritizing billable hours over client's best interests
“In my opinion and experience they are far more interested in money than helping clients. Despite me keeping them informed of complications that might delay my bankruptcy, they continued processing my paperwork racking up billable hours and used up the majority of the retainer I paid then dropped me without fulfilling their role, leaving me in worse financial shape.”

Bias and lack of impartiality in certain cases
“Stella is the most racist and female biased attorney I have EVER met! She never spoke to me, nor did she do ANY kind of research or background checking before coming up with her conclusion's she claims were in the best interest of my daughter. If you're a male and have to deal with her in a GAL case ask for a new attorney because she will automatically call you l misogynistic and favor the mother regardless of the mothers dangerous past with your child”
