Got in physical altercation with a bouncer at a bar and was facing a felony battery charge. Initially consulted with Ryan Moertel and he was professional but also very easy to talk to. Ryan did everything in his power to help me out of a really bad situation. He ended up getting my charges reduced to a Misdemeanor Battery with an opportunity to do a differed agreement to get the misdemeanor removed from my record completely. Ryan was fully committed to my case and was willing to take my case to jury trial if it came to it.

I cannot express enough how fantastic of an attorney Ryan is! There are two types of attorneys: deal-makers or fighters. Ryan is a fighter. I am very satisfied with Ryan Moertel's representation. He is a very kind, intelligent, and compassionate person. I have very limited experience with our judicial system having never been chosen to be on a jury panel to hear a case and never in need of a lawyer before.
