Thomas was very responsive and empathetic while answering some confusing legal questions I had. He really looked at all sides of the equation and lead me down the path that seemed the most fair to everyone involved. I have a clear plan on what my next steps are and I have Burton Law to thank for that.

Thomas was great to work with! I came to him a little over my head in technical jargon (thanks to trying to google my way through it) when it came to creating some estate planning for an S-corporation. He laid out our options in a way that I clearly understood and he drafted the document in a timely manner--which was important to us. We will definitely be working with him again.

Tom was very timely in his communication with us and in providing documentation for us to review. He was able to take our wishes and create a personalized estate plan. He did a great job at explaining the legal aspect of the trust and educating us on our responsibility in changing account names. Tom also took the time to answer other questions in regards to wills and trusts along with the role of the executor moving forward.
