Clear, professional, personalized estate planning services provided with care and compassion. Flat fee estate planning included multiple products, contacts, and appointments. My mother selected Thomas for her Estate Planning needs and asked my brother and I to be involved in the process. Thomas was great at communicating the steps of the estate planning process, explaining the various products and prices he offered for these services, and educating us along the way with pros and cons of each option. He was very patient, thorough, and caring throughout the process. We were very pleased and would recommend him to anyone as someone you can trust to help you decide how you would like your estate handled and how to ensure your assets are protected from unnecessary taxes and how to avoid your estate having to go through probate.

My wife and I had Atty Burton handle estate planning matters. We found Tom competent and pleasant throughout the process. I was relieved that he set out a kind of road map for the process and he kept us abreast of all that was going on. He laid out our options clearly and concisely and we felt we had a good understanding of the pros and cons of the choices we had to make.
