This lady, went above and beyond what her job entails. She is intelligent and knowledgeable of federal and state law. She's not just an attorney, she's an attorney that loves her job and will fight tooth and nail too make sure you get the outcome you deserve. She has a sense of humor, down to earth. But also very professional and headstrong like no other attorney I have ever seen. If you ever need an attorney she's your girl!

Erika had my charges dismissed after I had jumped bail. I thought the case would be held in limbo and I'd always have a warrant. She continued to fight without my presence, and failures to appear and won the case with a dismissal. My case was Possession w/ Intent to Deliver 1000-2500 grams of THC, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Plance, Poss. Paraphernalia, Poss. LSD, Poss. Amphetamines. Erika was good with helping me to explore my options on pleas and worked out a great plea with the DA. I met with the DA myself at first and he'd said 6 months jail, probation, and drug court, with the option of expungement. I have had multiple offenses as a juvenile and one case as an adult prior. By the end of my case Erika had worked out no jail time that I'd have to sit, probation, and drug court- with the option of expungement! This was a big difference and I know several people who have also had great experiences with her and I would recommend her to anybody with a criminal case to be handled.
