I called to Speak with an attorney to ask a question that takes less than five minutes and the receptionist was extremely rude to me and when I ask her my question she said I could not answer that because I am not an attorney I turned around and said well can I speak to the attorney I just have a question I’ll take less than five minutes no he’s busy preparing for a trial I said then can you please just go ask him for five minutes of his time to spare she decided to abruptly hang up on me and was extremely rude to me I ended up having to call back and tell her look you didn’t answer my question like you keep saying you did I need to speak to the attorney she then hung up on me again for the second time this is not a good place I would not go here

Tim helped me with my court case and was always easy to contact. Which is one of the most important parts when dealing with courts. He made the plan work that we put in place. I couldn’t be happier with him and would highly recommend. Affordable as well.

Tim is the kind of lawyer who will give you the best representation in court possible. I was caught with a small amount of drugs in Walworth county, and I was going to be charged with a felony as a first time offender. I had a previous lawyer try to bump down the change to a misdemeanor, but the assistant DA refused to negotiate. I had dropped my lawyer, and decided to have Tim represent me instead. Deciding to go with Tim was hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. Tim was able to get my charge dropped down to a misdemeanor successfully. Due to Tim’s experience in Walworth county I think he was the only person who could’ve pulled this off. Besides the fact that he is a great lawyer and good at his work Tim is a charismatic, kind, and well spoken individual. I would say Tim is the best man to have represent you, and your best chance of getting the outcome you want in court (especially in Walworth county). I wouldn’t suggest going to anyone else besides Tim.

Choosing the right lawyer was very difficult as a younger individual myself working with someone only wanting what everyone looks for is the in it to win it motive. Not only was this possibly and wining trial the constant communication and point of execution by not only Mr.Mark but Ms.Ruth are a remarkable team that im glad I chose them! I highly recommend them to any and every one!!!

Knowledgeable in all areas of family and civil law. Gave me a better understanding of my particular case and what my options are and that what directions would be best and most helpful for me. Very personable and very helpful.

I’m going to be short and to the point....best money I’ve ever spent was to hire this man to represent me. I think I went to his voicemail once when I called even after hours. I was called within the hour. Great guy who will be realistic but at the same time optimistic. Very real and genuine. Got the best possible outcome for my case given my certain circumstances, I’d recommend him 12/10.
