Timothy Mistrioty Is a capable and talented Attorney. I was facing Very serious DUI charges that could have cost me 3 years in prison. The facts in my case were untrue that the prosecutors were trying to use against me. Tim did all his homework about my case and brought the real facts of the situation to light and he left no stone unturned in doing so. While in court he successfully got several of the charges reduced or dismissed altogether and got me a favorable outcome that got my life back for me. he never once lied in court and his Ethics and demeanor in court were that of a Class A 5 Star Attorney with the knowledge and skill to Defend a persons rights. He absolutely refused to allow the prosecutors to just have their way and walk all over my rights as they all to often try to do to people.
