Gave legal advice to my son's mother when he was supposed to be anunbiased and representing my son as the GAL with his best interests in mind. He was afraid of hurting my son's mothers feelings and made absurd recommendations for visitations. He is very wishy washy when it comes to making strong recommendations. He even encouraged a person with whom we had a restraining order against on my son's behalf to show up to school activities.. he really doesn't even deserve the "1" rating I gave him.

Tim did an an absolutely amazing job with my case. I had a 3rd DUI and he was able to get me sentenced to the absolute minimum punishment. He has his clients back as for when I was taken into custody he made sure to get me out as soon as possible and back to work which should have taken way longer than it did. I highly recommend using Timothy Mistrioty I felt taken care of through the whole process and he put my mind at ease during a tough time. Thanks a lot Tim!!

Tim was the first lawyer I talked to when I had an incident he was awesome to talk to! Walked me through hole process to hiring a lawyer. He was very upfront & honest with me. I talked to multiple lawyers & they just wanted to take my money. I had pending charges & he told me 1/3 cases charges can be dropped if they DA decides to drop them. He said wait to hire him & see what the results were. All the other lawyers told me differently & said I need representation immediately to ensure no charges were filled. And wanted half down for lawyers fees & just wanted my money! But Tim was honest & told me I didn’t need a lawyer right away I highly recommend him! I wasn’t able to hire him because my charges were dropped. But if I ever needed lawyer in Wisconsin I would hire him in heartbeat & I would highly recommend you hire Tim! Very nice guy thanks again for for all your advice!

Mr Sostarich is a convicted felon. His practice is one that puts clients at risk for his past criminal activities undertaken on a provable basis. My own situation was to be derailed when he repeatedly made false or misleading statements to the courts and lied by omission and failed to follow Wisc. law statutes on a family law case. Neither your money nor family is safe unless you willingly chose to be represented by a criminal.
