I drove out an hour and a half to visit with him, but because the other party did not show up, he spoke for me to less than 10 minutes telling me he didn't think I had a good case. Proceeded not to ask to see any of the evidence I had gathered, and then concluded that "with everything you've shown me, the court won't approve".”
