Poor communication and lack of feedback
“Very poor communication skills, told me he works for me but as soon as I let him know what I wanted to do, he quit my case after 3 years and left me high and dry. Goes months without feed back about what is going on.”

Billing issues and lack of transparency
“Their billing practices are a constant source of irritation. I personally have not heard of anyone sending out bills that are continually growing (of course charges are on going - no argument there) but my consistent payments were not shown.”

Unwillingness to accommodate client needs
“He got mad and said that he was kind of reluctant to represent me because I wasn't focused and that I should have not been focused on how much I would be spending. So he told me he did not want to represent me anymore and wished me the best of luck.”
