“Any paperwork mailed to us had inaccurate postage on it so we had to pay to get it, and pay extra to send it back. The envelope were also too small for what needed to be returned.”

“They also mailed and expected signatures on what should be legal documents regarded the settlement with crossed out and scratched in numbers. It appears as if they have a generic document for the whole case and instead of editing the document they expect that to be signed.”
