I cannot rave enough about the commitment, thoroughness, follow-through, and professionalism that Attorney Justin Padway displayed. The case presented was serious in nature however, it was purely an accident caused by a young man determined to lead a successful, productive, and exemplary life. We interviewed several attorneys before making the decision to hire Attorney Padway. Upon our first meeting the passion for justice, fairness, and truth was evident. Justin Padway was very respectful, he put a lot of time in my case and did what he felt was right and helped an innocent individual who always had good grades in school . Working with Mr.Padway I would recommend to anyone that’s in need of a lawyer . Justin Padway is an absolutely incredible lawyer. I am a teacher, and one of my former students needed help, so I called upon Justin. My student was being accused of felony charges that he didn’t rightfully deserve. He was facing a possible multi-year sentence, and Justin got those felony charges completely dismissed. I was charged without a full confession and also sent to jail without any bail posted for a 1st degree Felony case facing up to 12 years in prison. During my incarceration. My wife heard a story of a lawyer who proves innocence, and actually gets the results you need and it's affordabe. Immediately I received a call on my 3rd day in jail from Mr Padway. Everything he told me that was going to happen, happened. No gimmicks no fast talk. I was scared by my 5th day. I received another call and I was released had bail. The fight wasn't over he said meeting Mr payday for the first time I felt like I was living a dream because I was free, he intercepted and gave me a chance to prove my innocence and build a case. Not only did I get the results I was looking for he got me in position where it will be expunged off my record officially. Very minimum probation. And most importantly the truth and the reuniting with my family. Very very pleased and grateful for my second chance. He worked very hard and made my life his life.

Justin Padway contacted me for details on my case very promptly. After reviewing the details he advised me to gather some information from outside sources that would support my case. With character letters/ references from community members, coaches, teachers, and superiors/bosses from my job he worked hard to put together a great defense in my behalf. The necessary paper work and communication was handled with great care and in a timely fashion.
