Working with Kitzke and Canfield to create our estate plan was simple and painless. They took in all the information and send it to us review. Attorney Canfield has done advance directives, POAs, and estate planning work for my partner and I, also for my sister (now deceased), and for my father and step-mother. She knows her practice well, is excellent at educating clients on wills and trusts, etc., and is very patient in answering oodles of questions. The work was done at a flat-rate, which we preferred over an hourly rate. Bethany made what seemed like a daunting task completely doable and even fun at times, and I encourage others to just take that step, set up your appointment and get it done now. Advance planning is crucial for protection and peace of mind.
