I was arrested by Brown County Police on July 7, 2020 for the crime of carrying a weapon without permission. Months ago My girlfriend and I were victims, we were attacked by two armed men. A month later we received threats from two other people involved. Out of fear and in self-defense I decided to carry a weapon without permission. I want to know if I can make an appointment with you.
