Pros
1
Highly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate
“His professionalism, knowledge and compassion he had towards us the entire time we were working with him proved to us that there would be no other Attorney we would have wanted to help with this lawsuit.”
2
Effective at achieving favorable outcomes for clients
“She negotiated a favorable settlement for me and I ended up with marital property that I never thought I would see again.”
3
Responsive and attentive to client needs
“Emails were answered usually within an hour or two. Leah took the time to help me understand the legal process and what my best options were.”
4
Well-respected and trusted by peers
“I've been working with many of the attorneys at the Everson Firm, as opponents and as co-counsel. It is difficult to find a more professional, skilled and thorough team of attorneys.”
5
Passionate about serving clients and committed to their cases
“She's also passionate about serving her clients and calm and cool under pressure.”
Cons
1
Incompetent and ineffective in handling cases
“Incredibly likeable person, but an utterly incompetent attorney. Lost in the process, always behind opposing counsel in strategy and action, non-communicative and unresponsive, and willing to bend ethics in her weak strategy positions that fail, then dump the damage trail in the client's lap upon withdrawing.”
2
Unresponsive and neglectful of client needs
“Nothing was ever done by this guy. We sent them every paystub and detail they needed to file for the bankruptcy. Our class certificates even expired because he couldn't be bothered to return phone calls, file the case or do anything at all for us.”
