Had an appointment set for today. Got a text at 6am asking if we can change time which I was sleeping and couldn’t respond. So they changed my appointment which I couldn’t be there at that time. I called in and the first rep was beyond rude. Called back and was told 1030 would work still. Well 1045 rolls around I call back in and they said nope your appointment is still noon. I seen the reviews and thought they would be the best option. But how can you continue with a company who can’t keep things straight and keeps lying to you.
